“He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.” (John 14:21 NKJV)
I believe that God has a great desire for us to know Him better. In this Christian walk, true obedience comes from the heart, and it opens doors for us to learn more of God. One cannot learn the things of God unless he takes the time to get to know God. So it is with this knowledge that I share with you this simple phrase: to know Him is to love Him!
Who can say that they truly love God? Jesus said those who keep His commandments are the ones who love Him.
I encourage you today, as you go about your business, to carve out a little space in your busy schedule to guard your heart. Close it to doubt, open it to faith, hope, and love, and watch God change things as He reveals Himself to YOU!
