With any destination, there is usually more than one path to getting there. Similarly, there are many possible solutions to a problem. I am sure many would appreciate having their own answers to problems validated. But if a person’s views are not in line with the Word of God, how can proven solutions come forth? Without a doubt, there is one sure way to solve the difficulties we face: God’s way.

“As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust him” (Psalm 18:30, kjv).

God’s word is the lamp that lights the pathway of the believer in a world that can at times be so dark and cold (see Psalm 119:105). Although God gifted humans with particular skills, talents, and abilities necessary to satisfy and suit many of the needs of others, He remains to be the only one capable of answering every issue. God has the proven way.

Jesus said “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6). So what is God’s way? His way is His Word, who was revealed in the flesh in order to bring salvation to the world (see 1 Timothy 3:16). I am referring to none other than the Lord, Jesus Christ (John 1:14).

Let’s cut to the chase. If you have not done this already, I encourage you to decide today to accept God’s plan of salvation. Receive Jesus Christ into your heart now and watch God move on your behalf (Romans 10:9-10). If you are reading this now and you want to accept Christ as your personal savior, pray this prayer with me: “God, I come to you now as a sinner. I am sorry for the wrong I have done. I repent of my sins and confess that Jesus Christ is lord, and I receive the gift of salvation you freely gave to me. I believe that Jesus died for my sins, and that He rose again so I could have a chance at eternal life. And based on my confession by faith I know and believe in my heart that I am saved. I ask you Lord to help me become the person you are calling me to be. And I thank you now for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

If you prayed this prayer, let me welcome you to God’s family! Your decision today marks the beginning of the rest of eternity in God’s presence. Be sure to read and study the Bible every day and ask God to increase your understanding. For starters, read the entire book of Romans, and then read the book of John. The scriptures provide pearls of great price that anyone can benefit from. Take advantage of the many tools available online and in printed media to grow in your relationship with God.

As soon as possible, share your decision with others. Find a good church in your area to go to, and ask for more guidance there. If you would like my help in this area, send me a message here. We here at DerekEurales.com are committed to helping others grow closer to God.

Remember, God’s plan is the best plan, but the choice is yours to make. God Bless You!
